I had a doctor appointment just minutes away from here so I thought I'll drop by afterwards. My order was placed on a tablet that's located at the side of the restaurant. I ordered the chicken shack and cheese fries. According to the first text message I've received, I would be getting a 2nd text as soon as my order was ready. Well, when I received the 2nd text, I walked up to the cashier counter but I waited another 5 minutes before my order was given to me. As for flavor, the chicken was crispy but slightly bland. The cheese fries were normal. There's plenty of parking but seating is limited.

First time in this location. I ordered the truffle mushroom burger. I enjoyed it. The service was really good. Very attentive.

Came here on a Monday for lunch. We happened to beat the lunch crowd. Accessibility- there were handicap parking spots. Service- they brought your order to the table. Food- ordered the Shake Shack burger and avocado burger Got some fries too. All were very good. The bonus was the Chocolate Yule Log shake. It was like drinking your favorite dessert. It's seasonal, so definitely try it before the season is over.

Typical Shake Shack in a standalone location in the Stanford Shopping Center parking lot. Burgers are yummy as usual, good for the whole family. A bit expensive.

I had my first ever taste of Shake Shack while I was out in Chicago. The long, endless lines, & the constant hype over this place really got the best of me, making the visit a must. Real talk, I wasn't impressed. Since I was shopping at the mall & was in need of figuring out lunch, I made the decision to give it another go since hot dogs & burgers are a safe food for my picky toddler. Ordering at the counter or via kiosk are offered. More traffic tends to move towards kiosks since that route seems to be the quicker of the two. Seating is available indoors and outdoors but due to SS being so popular, tables are scarce. Be prepared to lurk and hover while you wait for a table to open up. No lie, this place always had more customers than seats actually being offered. Food: Crinkle cut fries are amazing!!! I'm a fan of semi-soggy fries and these babies give me the best of both worlds! They are golden brown, light outer layer of crisp but also a semi soft center- HEAVEN! Burgers are great! With the patties being smooshed on the grill top, it provides you with certain areas being a bit crispy yet still being moist. Hot dogs are decent. There have been a time or two where the dogs were too dry and charred for my toddler to eat. 4 stars! Bonus points because the establishment is pretty clean and so are its bathrooms. I am most definitely a fan!
